Subscription Agreement 

I agree to pay TEAM HOKANA the recurring, monthly or yearly fees as chosen by me through my membership. I agree that TEAM HOKANA will have continuous authority to charge my credit or debit card with the subscription amount at the intervals stated effective immediately upon receipt of this form. I understand that I am agreeing to become a TEAM HOKANA member on an on-going basis; if I decide to decline my membership status I will terminate my membership through the TEAM HOKANA website under the Account tab and owe nothing from that day forward. Once I cancel my membership, access to online videos will be discontinued.
